Region Leadership Conference (RLC)
About
While FLC does not involve competitive events, RLC is the initial step in the different levels of FBLA competition. It is not required for all members who wish to compete, however. RLC is optional for both testing and submission events, the former of which is taken at school at an earlier date and the latter submitted remotely by a previous deadline. Performance events are the ones conducted at the RLC venue. Apart from competitive events (and for those competing with testing/submission events), attendees are able to take part in multiple leadership workshop sessions and network with other competitors and chapter members. The highlight of the evening, however, is the awards session, an indicator for the members advancing to the State Leadership Conference in Atlanta.
