BAAs
The Business Achievement Awards (BAAs) in FBLA are a structured recognition program aimed at fostering the personal and professional development of members. Through a variety of self-guided, goal-oriented activities, members enhance their business acumen, leadership capabilities, and career awareness. As participants progress through the different levels of the BAAs, they not only showcase their dedication to growth but also earn significant recognition within the organization, underscoring their commitment to becoming future business leaders.
CSAs
The Community Service Awards (CSAs) honor members who actively participate in volunteer work and community service initiatives. These awards are designed to recognize the efforts of students who contribute positively to their communities, promoting values of civic responsibility and leadership. By encouraging members to engage in community service, CSAs help develop a sense of social responsibility and a commitment to making a difference beyond the classroom.
